Our office works to make it simple for residents to work and do business with the City of Hartford.

Our team of community liaisons and 311 operators respond to residents by:

Creating and sharing information on city services
Relaying quality of life concerns as service requests to city departments
Attending neighborhood meetings to address questions and concerns from residents
Connecting with community leaders to address concerns

Our services are available both in English and Spanish.

Community Programs

Artisan Vending Program

The City is offering vending space, on a first come first served basis, free of charge to Hartford residents or business owner on the ground floor of City Hall. Interested parties must submit an application and select from available dates.

Love Hartford: A Citywide Resiliency and Civic Pride Initiative

A new citywide resiliency and civic pride program that prioritizes resident engagement to reconnect our neighborhoods as part of our post-pandemic recovery. This program will build on the two years of success from the Love Your Block minigrant program, the adopt your block program with the City’s new clean up trailer and other tried and tested engagement programs.
