Kristina Baldwin

Kristina Baldwin PictureKristina Baldwin has dedicated nearly 20 years of her professional career serving youth and families in Hartford. With a degree in Child and Developmental Psychology from the University of Connecticut, Kristina has been with the Department as a Contracts Manager, Project Leader, and Assistant Director for Youth Services since 2014 prior to being appointed Director.

Join Start Early Hartford: Early Childhood Resource Fair for an opportunity to connect with local childcare providers, explore early childhood job opportunities, and learn more about early childhood resources dedicated to helping parents and job seekers thrive from the very beginning. Attendees will learn more about programs and services, receive valuable family resources, giveaways, and enjoy a welcoming space focused on education, workforce, and community engagement.
