Early Learning Parent Cabinet

Early Learning Parent Cabinet is a diverse parent-led group that supports the Mayor's Cabinet for Young Children. This group meets regularly to help make improvements to the lives of children and families throughout Hartford on important matters including child care, home visiting, and early intervention.
