The City of Hartford Department of Development Services is leading an effort to create a community-based plan for the commercial corridors near the Main/Albany/High intersection. This redevelopment strategy, called the Arrowhead Gateway Small Area Plan, will guide future investment, reconnect the neighborhood, and re-establish the area as a destination.
