Please be advised that the Assessor’s Office is temporarily closed for renovations effective Thursday, April 25, 2024 through Monday, June 10, 2024.

During the renovation period, staff will be available to assist residents from the Tax Collector’s office Suite 106 in City Hall.

Arrowhead Gateway Small Area Plan and Corridor Study

The City of Hartford Department of Development Services and Bergmann (now Colliers Engineering and Design) led creation of a community-based plan for the corridors near the Arrowhead Block and Main/Albany/High intersection. This redevelopment strategy, called the Arrowhead Gateway Small Area Plan, will guide future investment, reconnect the neighborhood, and re-establish the area as a destination.
