City Hall will be CLOSED on Monday May 18th & Tuesday May 19th

Due to electrical work being done, all power to City Hall and the Main Street library branch will be shut off from Monday, May 18 through Tuesday, May 19. During this period, both buildings will be closed to staff and the public. Power is expected to be fully restored to the affected buildings, by Wednesday, May 20th – and we will reopen then.

Dispatchers are 1st responders who provide a vital link to all 9-1-1 emergency and non-emergency calls. We take pride in providing quality services to the residents and visitors of the capital City.

Highly trained, culturally diverse, ISO Class 1 agency dedicated to preventing and minimizing the loss of life and property, for the protection of the residents, business community, visitors of the City of Hartford, and its regions.

Police

Works daily to keep Hartford residents safe by responding to and investigating crimes, reducing crime, and by forging strong relationships between police officers of all ranks and the communities they serve.
