The City of Hartford shared cold weather protocol information in effect starting noon Friday and continuing into next week encouraging residents to seek warmth and shelter. Warming centers will be open starting on Friday, January 23 and has been extended until February 5th. The City is also supporting overnight warming centers, which residents can utilize throughout the week.

Effective January 9, 2024, there will be a mandatory 48-hour waiting period for obtaining a certified marriage certificate after the submission of a marriage license.
