If you believe you sustained damage or injury because of the City of Hartford, please start here to submit your claim.  The process involves three (3) short steps

Step 1.Complete the Online Form

Please take the time to provide as much information as possible when submitting your claim

Step 2.Town Clerk Review

The completed form will be sent to the Town Clerk's office and the official claim filed with Corporation Counsel.

Step 3.Follow Up on Your Claim

After reviewing your claim, the agency processing claims on behalf of the City, will contact you within 3 - 4 weeks.  Please be patient during this
