If you are due a tax refund for reasons such as a motor vehicle was sold or damaged, veteran's exemption not applied or if you overpaid your taxes, you will need to apply for a tax refund.

If you are applying for the refund in person, a phot ID*, such as Driver’s License, Government issued ID, Student ID card etc., must be shown to the clerk.
Please complete a separate Refund Application for each tax bill refund requested. The Refund Application must be signed and submitted to:

It will take up to 90 days.
Am I guaranteed a refund?
No only if you are entitled to one.
