FYI, as a result of an MDC emergency water main repair on Talcott St., the Office of the City Treasurer (OCT) will close at 4:00 p.m. today due to no water service. We anticipate normal operating hours tomorrow Friday, October 2, 2026, pending any unanticipated delays as MDC works to restore water service to our building.
