HARTFORD, CONN. (February 25, 2022) – Today, Mayor Luke Bronin announced that the City of Hartford will be lifting its snow parking ban at 6 PM tonight, Friday, February 25, 2022. Residents who parked vehicles in Hartford Public Schools lots will still have until 11 AM tomorrow to move their vehicles. Vehicles must be removed from City and Blue Light Lots by 5 PM tomorrow. Vehicles which are not removed by this time may be ticketed and towed.
“Thanks to the cooperation of our residents for keeping their cars off the streets, and to the hard work of our DPW team, we're ending the parking ban well ahead of schedule,” said Mayor Bronin. “As our team finishes up cleaning up the streets, we just want to emphasize that residents should clear their driveways and sidewalks in front of their property without blowing that snow back onto the streets.”
