Use this request to report concerns regarding scales, parking meters, taxi's, and other publicly used timers.

  • For example: a scale it may indicate that you have 5lbs when you only have 2lbs. 
  • For timers, the vacuum may have given you 3 minutes when it should be 6 minutes. 
  • For taxi's, the meter could be broken.
