The City of Hartford shared cold weather protocol information in effect starting noon Friday and continuing into next week encouraging residents to seek warmth and shelter. Warming centers will be open starting on Friday, January 23 and has been extended until February 5th. The City is also supporting overnight warming centers, which residents can utilize throughout the week.

The Hendricxsen-Jaidee LLC extends an invitation to professionals to submit a proposal for a Capital Needs Assessments for the rehabilitation of two affordable housing sites located in Hartford and East Hartford totaling 115 apartments. The professionals should indicate their ability to perform work required in a timely and sufficient manner as required by CHFA, DOH and LIHTC funding sources. All respondents must be licensed to perform services in the State of Connecticut.
