Hartford Housing Authority Board of Directors

The Board oversees and manages the operations of the Hartford Housing Authority and its programs and housing developments. Board Members determine where there are slums and shortages of decent, safe and sanitary housing for families of low and moderate income and; promote, create, and operate housing for low and moderate income persons and families.

Membership Criteria

  • Members must be residents, but not required to be voter.
  • At least one commissioner, selected by tenants, must be an HHA tenant for at least one year or previously lived in HHA housing for more than year and now receives housing assistance in an HHA program.

 

 

Meeting Information & Materials

In 2017, the Hartford Court of Common Council voted unanimously to utilize a free platform known as www.meetinginfo.org for Boards & Commissions to easily post their meeting agendas and meeting minutes online.
