The Town of West Hartford, in partnership with the City of Hartford, has initiated the Kane and Kennedy Brook Watershed Area Storm Drainage Analysis to address chronic flooding issues and improve stormwater management in a large, interconnected drainage area. The Board oversees and manages the operations of the Hartford Housing Authority and its programs and housing developments.
