    4. Connecticut Department of Transportation for the Rehabilitation of Bridge No. 00980B – State Project No. 63-712
      1. CT Dam Safety General Permit (GP-014) submitted
      2. DOT project preconstruction meeting held on 3/17/2020
      3. Flood Contingency Plan is in the review process
      4. Required work plan has not been submitted.
    5. 2019 Annual Flood Control Report
    6. DOT Inspection of Park River Conduit was conducted in mid-March 2020
    7. Former Olive Street Pedestrian Bridge – discussions with the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection concerning the possible removal of the former pedestrian bridge

  7. New Business
    1. Application by To Design, LLC / W. Phillips Barlow for the renovation of the existing outdoor sports complex located at Hartford High School (#55 Forest Street). The work includes converting the natural turf field to a synthetic turf field, installation of the associated storm drainage system, addition of sports lighting, renovation of the existing track, renovation the long jump runway and renovation  of the pole vault runway. The elements of the work are located within the easement of the Park River Conduit.
    2. Application by Trinity Healthcare of New England / Saint Francis Hospital for the modification to the site drainage system resulting from the failure of an existing storm quality basin located at removal of an existing water quality basin and adding additional storm drainage piping to convey runoff to the Park River by constructing storm drainage piping between the basin inlet and the Park River. A hydrodynamic Separator has been proposed for to address the stormwater quality volume.
