Due to electrical work being done, all power to City Hall and the Main Street library branch will be shut off from Monday, May 18 through Tuesday, May 19. During this period, both buildings will be closed to staff and the public. Power is expected to be fully restored to the affected buildings, by Wednesday, May 20th – and we will reopen then.

This Commission considers and finds solutions to problems peculiar to grandparents who are raising their grandchildren. Commissioners study conditions and needs of grandparents raising grandchildren; analyze public and private services for grandparents raising grandchildren; assist in creating programs to benefit grandparents raising grandchildren; undertake educational and other activities to advance the interests of grandparents raising grandchildren; and encourage collaboration of agencies serving grandparents raising grandchildren.
