The City of Hartford shared cold weather protocol information in effect starting noon Friday and continuing into next Wednesday at noon, encouraging residents to seek warmth and shelter. Warming centers will be open starting on Friday, January 23 until noon on Wednesday, January 28. The City is also supporting overnight warming centers, which residents can utilize throughout the week.
The snow parking ban for the City of Hartford will start Saturday, January 24th at 8pm continuing into Monday, January 26. The end time for the parking ban will be determined after road conditions are assessed following the winter storm. Blue Light Lots will be open starting at 12pm on Saturday morning. This application for absentee ballot may be downloaded by an individual for: (1) the individual's own use; (2) the use of a member of the individual's immediate family; or (3) the use of a designee of the applicant. Any person who will distribute five (5) or more absentee ballot applications to persons other than the individual's immediate family must register with and obtain forms from the Town Clerk of the municipality where such forms will be distributed before distributing such forms.

Before a ballot can be issued to the voter, an application must be completed and returned to this office. The application can be obtained in person, by mail or via the Secretary of the State website.
