The City of Hartford receives yearly funding from four U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Programs to benefit city/local residents. For this Fiscal Year (2026-2027) we will hold two hearings for resident input on existing community needs and potential investments in neighborhoods from our HUD programs (Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership funds (HOME), Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), and Emergency Solution grants (ESG)).

The two comment sessions will be held:
Session 1: City Hall: Tuesday, January 27, 2026, 12:00 PM

Session 2: Virtually: Thursday, January 29, 2026, 5:30 PM
