• Mayor Arulampalam issues proclamations for noteworthy events that involve the City of Hartford.
• These public service documents are a courtesy to the requestor, are strictly honorary and are not legally binding.
• All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• The Mayor reserves the right to decline any request or to make exception to those guidelines.
