Would you like to invite a Councilmember or Council to your next Event? You’re in the right place.

  • Your event must be at least 30 days away.
  • Have event information ready
  • NOTE: Councilmembers will be unable to attend any events due to Covid-19

Thank you for requesting Council to attend your event. Please give the office 48-72 hours for a response.

In Person

Please have nine (9) printed copy of event flyer to hand to Council member regarding event. Council office is location at 550 MainStreet Hartford, CT 06103 Suite 208.
