The first semi-annual installment of taxes on the Grand List of October 1, 2024, are due and payable on July 1, 2025. The City of Hartford announced it will be opening cooling centers for residents starting on Tuesday, July 15th at 12:00 PM, through Friday, July 18th at 8:00PM, in response to the forecasted heat wave. The Hartford Fire Department will also be distributing water to residents throughout the city.
