At-home COVID-19 tests and N95 masks provided by the City of Hartford will be available to city residents at library locations during regular hours.
The second semi-annual installment of taxes on the Grand List of October 1, 2021, and the Supplemental Motor Vehicle List, are due and payable on January 1, 2023. Failure to pay any tax due January 1, 2023, on or before February 1, 2023, will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest, from the due date Of January 1, 2023, at the rate of 1.5% per full or partial month.
PRAC studies and recommends policies and procedures for public use of parks, parks management, and recreational programs.
Commissioners advise the Public Works - Parks & Recreation Division and the City Council on recreation and park maintenance services; make studies and recommendations concerning the use of parks by the general public, park management, park policies and recreation programs; seek working relationships with schools, community and civic organizations; provide the general public with information and education on recreation and park maintenance; and serve as the contact point for the public to express their opinions and requests on recreational programming.
