• Ambulatory Health Care Clinic - $50.00
• Business Facilities (Outpatient Clinics) - $50.00
• Day-Care Centers - $50.00
• Explosives, Use & Storage - $60.00
• Fireworks - Sales & Storage of Consumer - $250.00
• Flammable Liquid Storage (Gas Stations) - $150.00
• Health Care Facilities - $50.00
• Hotels - $50.00
• Places of Assembly (Restaurants, Special Amusement Buildings) Liquor - $100.00
• Places of Assembly (Restaurants, Special Amusement Buildings) Non-liquor - $50.00 
• Pyrotechnic/Flam Effects/Fireworks -$50.00
• Residential Board & Care - $50.00
• Special Outdoor Events (includes Fairs, Carnivals or Other Events) - $50.00
• Temporary Liquor Licenses - $25.00
• Tent Rental - $25.00
• Tent Rental Additional $5.00
