The City of Hartford Department of Families, Children, Youth, and Recreation (DFCYR) Hartford Unity initiative is funded in part through the American Rescue Plan (ARP) and Partners designated to help families and youth recover and heal from the isolation and disruption of the pandemic, including youth recreation, employment, enrichment, and other support services. Our goal through this website is to link our Families, Youth and Service Providers to available resources as a path to further life aspirations as well as promote strong communities in Hartford.
