Each apartment is approximately 1,225 square feet (2,450 square feet total for both floors) consisting of three (3) Bedrooms, Bathroom, Kitchen, Dining Area, and Living Room. The first floor plan also incorporates a second full bathroom with laundry facilities in the basement. Edwards Street Housing, LLC has priced the homes at $265,900 based on current development costs and market conditions.
