The ZBA meets the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm. The application deadline is a month prior to each meeting.
In 2017, the Hartford Court of Common Council voted unanimously to utilize a free platform known as www.meetinginfo.org for Boards & Commissions to easily post their meeting agendas and meeting minutes online.

Information on upcoming meetings will be posted to MeetingInfo. An agenda, "Notice of Public Hearing" for each application, and application documents will be posted 10 days prior to the scheduled meeting. Additional meeting documents, including staff reports, will be posted the week before the meeting.
